TM did a great job installing my fence over 2 days. Several changes throughout the project due to the pool company changing the project. TM was responsive and willing to reevaluate the scope. They provided fair pricing and worked quickly to install my fence. At completion I found a few screws missing and they came back out the next day to resolve. Very pleased with their service and quality of work. Highly recommend.

I sincerely regret to share that my experience with TM Exterior Solutions was disappointingly far from satisfactory. If the option to give a zero-star rating existed, I would have opted for it without hesitation. From the outset, the level of professionalism displayed by the employees was shockingly low. Instances of rudeness were not isolated, but rather a consistent theme throughout my interactions. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in any professional setting, especially when you're entrusting a company with the responsibility of working on your home.It's a basic expectation that professionals should conduct themselves with a certain degree of decorum and politeness, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, TM Exterior Solutions fell remarkably short of these fundamental standards. The negative atmosphere created by their staff not only affected the service experience but also left me questioning their competency and dedication to customer satisfaction.Given my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend TM Exterior Solutions to anyone, not even to someone I hold in the least regard. It's imperative for potential customers to be aware that the quality of service and professionalism you expect might not be what you'll receive. Had three companies quote removing and replacing current wood panel fence due to old age. These guys gave me the best price, and knocked out about 600’ of fencing (removal and replacement) in just under two days.

Great experience. Tylor came and walked the project, gave me an extremely fair price, and was very responsive. He was flexible with a couple last-minute changes and his crew came out and installed about 250' of metal fencing in less than a day. His crew was clean, polite, and efficient and I am very happy with the final product. Best experience with a contractor since we moved here.
